Can I cancel my reservation?

How do I get to the villa?

On the website you can find the address and the link with google maps with coordinates to get there.

By car: exit 6B WEST of the AP7 and follow directions for Girona city and Montjuic

By train: once at the station you will find taxis that will take you home in less than 10 minutes 

By plane: there is a bus service from Girona and Barcelona airport. If you want a transfer service (25 minutes), book in advance.

How can I book the transfer from the airport?

You can book your transfer from Barcelona airport (€175-185) or from Girona airport (€35) by sending an email to reserva@montjuicbb.com.

Where can I park my car?

We have free parking in front of the hotel which is quiet and safe. We have private parking for up to 6 vehicles.

Girona is a small city and parking can be difficult, so we advise you to forget the car and move around on foot.

How to get to Girona centre?

We recommend walking to the centre, they are steps that take you to the old quarter in 8 minutes. Restaurants and shops are12 minutes away.

You can also take the bus, Line 1 (L1), which runs every 15 minutes and taxis cost €5 during the day and €9 at night.

Both the bus and taxis will stop in front of the Post Office.

How are payments made?

50% of the payment is required when making the reservation and 50% one month before arrival.

Can I travel with my pet?

We understand that your best friend is very important to you, but for hygienic and safety reasons, we are not ready to accommodate pets. Perhaps you can find a reliable kennel for these holidays.

Is there Wi-Fi?

We have free high-speed wifi throughout the establishment.

Is it possible to smoke in the rooms?

Smoking is not permitted in any of the rooms or on their terraces.

We have a designated area at the main entrance and also in the garden where you can find ashtrays.

Do you need to know my arrival time?

We need to know what time you plan to arrive, as we do not have a conventional reception and we like to welcome our guests and spend some time explaining the most authentic Girona.

What time can you check-in and check-out?

Check in will be at 4pm as we need to prepare the whole house so that it is perfect for you. Communicate anything you need in advance so we can prepare it. You can let us know if you arrive as it is possible to leave your luggage and go visit Girona to make the most of the day. Check out is at 10am.

Is there a cleaning and laundry service in the house?

Every two days a trusted person will come to check the rooms, kitchen and exteriors and the house in general and do a laundry service on site. Anything you need we will be happy to help.

Do the rooms have a hairdryer?

Yes, all rooms have a professional hair dryer with a diffuser included.

Do the rooms have a safe?

Yes, all rooms have a safe.

Do the rooms have pool towels and bathrobes?

Yes, all rooms have a basket with pool towels, bathrobes and slippers.

Do the rooms have air conditioning?

Yes, all rooms have central heating and air-conditioning with a hot and cold pump unit.

What amenities do you offer in the room?

In the room you will find a bottle of water and a small detail made from local producers that changes according to the season.

In the bathrooms, we opted for bulk dispensers, recyclable and with organic soap, shampoo and cream made from plants.
