Have Montjuic B&B team been trained in any security protocol for covid-19 ?

YES, Our team members have been trained in safety protocols in  cleaning and hygiene to ensure you enjoy your stay with the tranquility and comfort that you have at home.

We have been certified by Confederacion Española Hoteles y Alojamientos Turisitcos as a safe hotel.

Do I have to wear mask?

It is mandatory  to wear mask in common inside areas.The mask in not necessary in  common outside areas as garden, pool and jacuzzi, as long as, social safety distances are respected.

Which other measures is Montjuic B&B implementing?

Alcohol gel is available at the entrance and common areas. We provide sleepers to be used inside our B&B. We have our own professional laundry ,bedding  and towels follow an strict process of disinfection.

Which are the rules in the pool area?

Loungers have been settled  in 2m distance.
Pool has a maximum capacity of 4 people.
Hot tub massage is for private use per room.
Honesty bar has been temporarily suspended.
Any drink can be order and will be served in the room or at the pool.

Can I cancel my reservation?

If your reservation is a refundable one, you have up to 7 days the arrival to cancel without fees.
Any circumstance due to covid will be taken into consideration as an exception and offer a free cancellation.
You can send us an email with your cancellation to reserva@montjuicbb.com
If the reservation has been made through a travel agency or another website, you must contact them to manage the cancellation of your booking.

Can I order breakfast?
If the booking is directly to our website you can book a room with breakfast included and get benefit from the 2×1 promotion( you have 2 breakfast and one is free)
If you book through online agency the breakfast will be booked once you check in.
How can I get to the hotel?

On the website of the  hotel you will find the address and a “google map’s” icon. Click on the icon to open the map, and check your location to see the best route to the hotel.
By car:we recommend to take motorway exit GIRONA 6B WEST.It is the shortest way.
By train:there are taxis in front of Girona station.it will take 10 min driving  to B&B.
By plane:there is bus service or transfers ( book in advance).

Do you offer transfers between the airport and the hotel?

You can book your transfer sending an email to us  reserva@montjuicbb.com. We always work with reliable professionals that offer the best rate to our guests.

Where can I park the car?

There is free parking on the street in front of the hotel.
Girona is an small town and it is difficult to park so we strongly recommend to forget the car, it is a safe and calm area.There is only  8 minutes walking distance to the Old Town.

How to get to town?

We recommend to walk to town. There are some stairs 8 min walking distance to the Old Town.
Restaurants and shops are 12min walking distance.
There is bus every 15 minutes to the center and taxis cost 5€ during the day -9 at night€

How can I book?

We propose you make your reservation through our official website, or by telephone. We guarantee the best online price on your reservation. Check on the website the extra benefits you can get. If you belong to our Premium Club ask about the advantages you have.

Are rates with breakfast included?

Rates made through  an online agency are without breakfast .If you want to order breakfast you tell so at your arrival. Breakfast can be booked in our website and benefit from the 2×1 breakfast promotion, you get 2 and pay 1.

Upon arrival, can I pay with a different card from the card used for the booking guarantee?

If you are not paying in advance when booking, you will only be asked for your card details as a booking guarantee. When you arrive at the hotel, you do not need to pay with the same credit card as the one used to make the booking. We accept: Cash,Visa, Mastercard, Maestro

Pets Allowed?

We know that your best friend is very important to you but, due to hygiene and security reasons in our bed&breakfast , pets are not allowed. You can always resort to trusted nurseries in your locality, so that during your holidays, your pet stays in good hands.

Is there WiFi in the B&B?

Yes, you can enjoy free high speed WiFi.

Is it possible to smoke in the room?

All  rooms in our property are non-smoking including their private terraces. Guests who want to smoke can visit our dedicated smoking area in the garden or in the main front door.

Do I need to tell my approximative arrival time?

We kindly request you send us your arrival time as we haven’t a conventional reception and we like to welcome you and explain everything you need to enjoy Girona and our place.

What is the time of check-in and check-out of the hotel?

As a general rule, the Check-In is from 14:00 and the Check-Out must be done before 12:00.
If you arrive before the check-in time, you can leave your luggage and enjoy the common areas of the B&B or begin to explore Girona.
If you have special needs, contact us and we will do our best to help you.

What does "non-refundable rate" mean?

By choosing a NON-REFUNDABLE rate you can benefit from up to 10% discount!
The total amount of this reservation must be paid in advance. This rate does not allow changes, modifications or refunds.

Is there a hair dryer in the rooms?

Yes all rooms have professional hair dryers.

Is there a safe in the rooms?

Yes, all rooms have a safe free of charge.

Is there pool towels in the rooms?

Yes we offer a basket with pool towels and bathrobes and sleepers to go to the pool and the hot tub.

Is there air conditioner in the rooms?

Yes every room has it’s own air conditioner to cool the room and in winter there is the central heating and the warm conditioner to regulate the most convenient temperature for you.

What amenities do you offer in room?
You will find in the room a complimentary bottle of water and a small detail done by locals and different each season.
In the bathrooms we have opted for organic and plants gel,shampoo and cream dispenser in bulk.
